1. Are you bookkeepers who can handle my day-to-day accounting?

A: No, not necessarily. We are strategic QuickBooks Pro Advisors who empower businesses with industry-specific solutions, training, and consulting. We focus on setting up robust systems and teaching you to maintain them effectively rather than providing ongoing bookkeeping services. Although, if a need arises and is needed in order to implement these solutions, we are open to looking at that as a possible temporary solution.

2. What makes you different from other QuickBooks Pro Advisors?

A: We specialize in industry-specific solutions, particularly for attorneys and other professional service providers, with over 22 years of expertise in data integrity. Our approach combines top-down strategic consulting with lifetime access to proprietary tools and resources designed specifically for your industry.

3. Do you offer one-time setup services, or do I need to commit to ongoing support?

A: We offer both options. Our industry-specific consulting packages start at $997 for one-time optimizations, while our monthly ongoing services provide access to resources, live Q&A sessions, and periodic consulting hours. You get to choose what you need. *Standard monthly bookkeeping starts at $250/month and may change at any time depending upon transaction increase/decrease or communication choices. A final monthly estimate cannot be given until full "Accountant" access is granted to AM Jenkinson and Associates inside QuickBooks.

4. I'm an attorney/realtor. How do you address my industry's specific needs?

A: We've developed specialized QuickBooks solutions for professional service firms, including custom chart of accounts, industry-specific workflows, and compliance considerations. Our experience with the State Bar of Texas and real estate professionals ensures we understand your unique requirements to doing business.

5. What happens after the initial consultation and setup?

A: You receive lifetime access to our tools and resources, ensuring long-term independence, as soon as they are available. Optional membership programs provide ongoing support through live Q&A sessions and consulting hours when needed.

6. Do you offer remote services?

A: Yes, we provide all our consulting and training services remotely, making it convenient for professionals nationwide to access our expertise.

7. I'm a CPA firm looking to expand our QuickBooks services. Can you help?

A: Yes, we offer white-labeled training materials and tools that CPA firms can distribute under their brand, helping you expand your service offerings while maintaining quality. We can also take on any additional QuickBooks work that you may not have the capacity to service.

8. How long does it typically take to optimize my QuickBooks system?

A: Industry-specific optimization for any company using QuickBooks typically requires 1-3 consulting sessions, depending on your business complexity and specific needs. Our training bundles include implementation support to ensure successful adoption.

9. Can you help migrate from other accounting software to QuickBooks?

A: Yes, we provide strategic guidance for software transitions, ensuring data integrity and optimized setup in your new QuickBooks system while maintaining historical reporting capabilities. However, please keep in mind that this transition can be costly and not without some data loss. Nevertheless, we do our best to mitigate this from happening, but ultimately it is a timely process that requires patience and cooperation.

10. What ongoing support options do you offer?

A: Our membership program (coming soon) provides access to exclusive resources, regular live Q&A sessions, and scheduled consulting hours. Members can access our knowledge base, training updates, and industry-specific tools 24/7. Virtual Oversight on a monlthly basis is also available, but very imited at this time.

11. If I own a law firm and need you to do an IOLTA compliance review, is that confidential?

Yes. 100%. We understand that compliance involves an enormous amount of sensitive information and sharing that is a major concern. However, we take IOLTA compliance very seriously and have even created an entire MCLE through the State Bar of Texas about it. Rest assured, per our agreements, all of our engagements are confidential and even if there are findings of non-compliance per our discovery, it is up to the managing partners to decide how to move forward with the information.

Based in Austin, TX, she blends sharp insight with heartfelt mentorship to guide firms toward greater clarity, ethics, and success.
